摘要
目的 探讨不同海拔低氧环境对移居青少年无氧代谢闲值的影响。方法 使用Jaeger自行车功量仪,心阻抗仪,用逐级运动负荷法分别测定移居海拔2260m、3417m和4280m三个海拔高度,13-16岁青少年的无氧代谢闲值(AT),同步测定动脉血氧饱和度(SaO2)和心输出量(CO),分析其间的相互关系。结果 AT值随海拔高度的上升而下降,以氧耗量表示,分别为(27.44±6.50)、(22.88±5.38)和(16.95±5.97)ml/min·kg。AT值的降低与Sa02和CO的降低呈正相关。结论 SaO2和CO是影响AT值的重要因素。长期移居高海拔的青少年AT值降低,海拔越高,降低越明显。
Objective To investigate the effects of high altitudes to the anaerobic threshold in immigrant adolescents at different altitudes. Methods The arterial oxygen saturation ( Sa% ), cardiac output ( CO ) and anaerobic threshold {AT} were measured by gradual loading bicycle cargo meter in immigrant adolescent ( 13 - 16 year old} who resided at 2260 m,3417 m,and 4280 m respectively. Results The AT values were decreased in an altitude - dependent manner, the oxygen uptake ( Vo2 ) were ( 27.44 ± 6.50 ), ( 22.88 ± 5.38 ) and ( 16.95 ± 5.97 ) ml/min · kg, respectively. ( P 〈 0.05 ). The decreased AT values were positive correlated with Sao2 and CO. Conclusion It is concluded that the lifelong exposure to a hypoxic environment will lead the AT values significantly decreased.
