高海拔地区65例牙周炎患者厌氧菌的分离鉴定与分析

ISOLATION AND IDENTIFICATION OF ANAEROBIC BACTERIA IN 65 CASES OF PERIODONTITIS AT HIGH ALTITUDE AREA

目的分析牙周炎患者厌氧菌感染状况,为临床诊治提供理论依据。方法采用厌氧培养的不同方法与鉴定技术分离鉴定厌氧菌。结果65例患者共分离出厌氧菌280株,分10个属31个种,其中急性牙周炎24例102株,慢性牙周炎41例178株。结论65例急慢性牙周炎患者厌氧菌感染的优势群基本相似,只有个别菌属有所差异。

Objective To investigate the situation of anaerobic bacteria infection in patients with periodontitis and provide theory bases for clinical treatment. Methods Various methods for anaerobic bacteria culture, isolation and identification were used to determine the bacteria Results 280 strains of anaerobic were isolated from 65 patients. The 280 strains were included 10 genera and 31 species. Among them acute periodontitis were 24 cases and 102 isolated strains; chronic periodontitis were 41 cases and 178 isolated strains. Conclusion The dominant group of anaerobic bacteria generally the same except few genera in 65 cases of acute and chronic periodontitis.
