摘要
以HCI为催化剂。合成了脂肪族二元醇单胆酸酯(2-5)。运用甲基丙烯酰氯和甲基丙烯酸酐作酰化试剂。三乙胺作缚酸剂,4-(二甲氨基)吡啶作催化剂。合成了分子中含有不同数量甲基丙酰基的胆酸衍生物(6-9)。实验结果表明,当用甲基丙烯酰氯作酰化剂时,2-5分子中羟基的反应活性顺序是:CH2-OH〉3-OH〉12-OH〉7-OH。
Cholates(2 - 5 ) were prepared using HCI as a catalyst. Cholic acid derivatives(6 - 9) with different numbers of methacrylate groups were prepared using methacryloyl chloride and methacryloyl anhydride as the acylating agents, triethylamide as a absorption agent of HCI, and 4-( dimethylamino) -pyridine as a catalyst. When methacryloyl chloride was used as a acylating agent, the reactivity order of hydroxyl groups of 2-5 is CH2-OH 〉3-OH 〉 12-OH 〉7-OH.
