摘要
瘦素(leptin)是脂肪细胞合成并分泌的细胞因子样激素,具有内分泌和细胞因子的双重特征,因此瘦素是联系神经内分泌系统和免疫系统的重要纽带。本文主要阐述瘦素在调节胰岛素分泌、调节脂肪与能量平衡的作用及在免疫方面的潜在机制;瘦素引起胰岛素抵抗和2型糖尿病的可能机制以及瘦素与炎症和感染的关系。对瘦素的进一步研究将为认识2型糖尿病和炎症以及二者之间发病机制的关系提供一个新的线索。
Leptin was originally identified as an adipoeyte-derived cytokine hormone with double character of endocrine and cytokine, so leptin is an important linkage between neuroendocrine system and immune system. In this review we have focused on the latent mechanism of leptin in regulating insulin secretion, balance between fat and energy and many aspects about immune, as well as the possible mechanism of it resulting in insulin resistance and typo-2 diabetes and the its relation with inflammation and infection, the further study about leptin will provide new view to recognize the type-2 diabetes and inflammation and the relationship between their pathogenesis.
