摘要 许多非去极化肌松药都有组胺释放作用,其释放量与肌松药的剂量、注速和患者特异性(atopy)等因素有关。释放的组胺作用于组胺受体,对呼吸、循环等系统产生影响,引起一系列的临床不良反应。采取适当的预防措施,合理地使用非去极化肌松药,可以避免或减少它的不良反应的发生。 Most of the non-depolarising relaxants may have the effect of histamine-release, which is related to the dose,the speed of injection and the atopy of patient .By activating on Histamine receptom, the non-depelarising relaxants may have a series of adverse effects on the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system and other systems. The adverse effects could be reduced or avoided by taking the appropriate preventive measures and properly administering the drugs.
