对汽车柴油机稳定运转时连杆小头衬套孔与销间隙的研究 被引量:1

摘要 连杆小头、销和衬套加工时环境温度以及装配时环境温度、装配时衬套孔的弹性收缩量、柴油机起动时环境温度、柴油机稳定运转时连杆小头、销和衬套自身温度等因素皆对稳定运转时连杆小头衬套孔与销的间隙有一定的影响。本文运用弹性力学和物理学对上述各因素进行综合研究,导出衬套孔加工尺寸修正公式。按修正尺寸加工的衬套零件,装配后无需作钳工修刮或机加工,即可确保衬套孔与销之间具有合理的间隙。 There are many factors which can effect the clearance between the pin and small link head bush hole during the steady operation, such as the ambient temperature when small link head, pin and bush are machined and assembled, the elastic contraction of the bush hole in assembling the ambient temperature when diesel engine is started and the temperatures of the small link head, pin and bush under the steady operation. etc. These factors are studied comprehensively by means of the elastic mechanics and physics in this paper and, the correction formular of machining dimension for bush hole is derived. The parts worked in correction dimension, needing not be scraped or machined after assembling can ensure a reasonable dearance between the bush hole and pin.
