摘要
以CMC—Na、甘油为两个因素,采用正交试验法对蒙药妇康凝胶剂的制备工艺进行了优选设计.结果表明:其最佳工艺条件为A3B1,即3%的CMC-Na水溶液和5 ml甘油.
Taking CMC- Na and glycerine as two factors , orthogonal test was adopted to ascertain optimum preparation method for Mongolian medicine Fukang Gel. The result showed that the best conditions of preparation is A3B1 ,namely three percent of CMC- Na liquid and 5ml glycerine.
