摘要
介绍转炉炼钢炉前平台上建立钢铁成分响应工艺的必要性和优越性。叙述该工艺的指导思想、特点、组成、及其主要技术性能，讨论该工艺在应用中需要注意的问题。还指出在现场建立全封闭光谱实验室的重要性。利用该工艺与转炉生产相配合可取得显著的经济效果，在冶炼碳素钢和中低合金钢过程中，一次取样、制样和分析只需要３ｍｉｎ，其分析结果直接显示在炉前大屏幕上可以指导生产。该工艺在目前国内情况下亦不妨试用。
he present paper introducs the necessity and advantages of the steel compositions rapid response process on converter's platform,and its guiding ideology,characteristics compostions as well as the main technical performances.It also discusses some problems that need to be noticed in the process,points out the importance of establishing a complete-sealed spectrum laboratory on the spot.This process combines with converter technology can obtain remarkable economic effect.During the smelting of carbon steel and medium and low alloying steel,it only takes 3 min.in one sampling,preparing and analyzing,and the result is idrectly idsplayed on the big screen in front of the converter to guide the production.
