摘要
使用微波消解处理样品,火焰原子吸收光谱法测定了兰州鲶中的铁、锌、镁含量。结果显示,兰州鲶中含有丰富的铁、锌、镁三种人体必需微量元素。该法测定快速、简单,结果满意。
The sample was digested by microwave, magnesium, zinc, iron in the Silurus lartzhouensis Chen were determined using flame atomic absorption spectrometry. The experimental results showed that Silurus lanzhouensis Chen contains many essential trace elements such as magnesium, zinc, iron. It is effective and simple to test the subject by this method. The result is satisfying.
