螺旋藻中铁、钾元素的测定

Determination of Iron and Potassium in Spirulina

为研究螺旋藻的天然保健作用，采用微波消化的方法，用原子吸收分光光度法测定了螺旋藻中铁、钾的含量。结果表明，螺旋藻中铁含量为0．11％～0．21％，钾含量为1．15％～1．83％。

To study the natural health-care action,using microwave digestion,the content of iron and potassium in Spirulina was determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry.the iron content 0.11～0.21% and the potassium content is 1.15%～1.83% in Spirulina.
