不同生长时期明党参中甘露醇含量变化的研究

The Research of the Mannitol Contents of Changiums Myrnioides Wollf in Deferent Months

目的：用比色法测定不同月份明党参中甘露醇的含量，探寻甘露醇含量与明党参生长时间的关系。方法：在供试品中依次分别加入氧化剂高碘酸钾、L-鼠李糖与Nash试剂，53℃水浴加热15min使呈色，在412nm处测定吸光度，用比色法测定其中甘露醇的含量。结果：在10～50μg／mL范围内对不同月份采收的样品在实验条件下测定，其平均含量为0．57％～2．36％。结论：甘露醇含量在9～11月较高，12～8月较低，10月份达到峰值。

Objective： To analysis the mannitol contents of Changiums mymioides Wollf in deferent months, and try to find the relationship between the mannitol contents and the months. Methods ： Content of mannitol in the granule was assayed eolorimetrieaUy bydetermining its absorbanee at 412nm, after sequential addition of potassium periodate, L - rham nose and Nash reagent to sample solutions and warmed at a bathtemperature of 53℃ for 15min. Results： The average mannitol content in Changiums mymioides Wollf was found to be from 0.57% to 2.36%, when the contents of reference standard mannitol in solution were in the range of 10μg to 50μg/mL. Conclusion ： the mannitol contents of Changiums myrnioides Wollf was in a high level from September to November and a low level from December to August, and reaches its peak point on October.
