骨伤方冲剂对骨折愈合相关血生化指标的影响

Experimental Study on Chinese Prepared Medicine "Gushangfang" Applied for Fracture Healing

目的:探讨骨伤方冲剂促进骨折愈合的机理,同时了解其对肝肾功能的影响,为临床应用骨伤方冲剂提供实验依据。方法:36只SD雌性大鼠随机分为治疗组(骨伤方冲剂)和空白组(0.9%生理盐水组),每组18只。造成骨折模型后,从手术后第1天开始灌胃给药,治疗组给予骨伤方冲剂的生理盐水悬液,空白组给予0.9%生理盐水。于术后第1周、2周、3周每组各处死动物6只,采血进行生化指标检测。结果:骨折愈合过程中,治疗组(骨伤方冲剂)血清钙磷离子浓度乘积显著高于空白组(生理盐水组)(P<0.01);与空白组对比,治疗组血清ALP活性显著性升高(P<0.05);治疗组与空白组血清ALT、AST和Cr无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:骨伤方冲剂促进骨折愈合的机理可能是:提高血钙、磷的浓度乘积,促进钙磷沉积;增强机体内成骨活动,提高血清ALP的活性;同时骨伤方冲剂对肝肾功能无影响,可在临床进一步推广应用。

Objective： To evaluated the ~ffective of ＂Gushangfang＂for fracture healing, at the same time we evaluated the influence on liver and kidney of the medicine. The aim of our study is to provide experimental evidences for applying the ＂Gushangfang＂ in clinical work for fracture healing. Methods： 36 SD rats[ （200 ±20）g] were divided into two group at random： treatment group （treated by Gushangfang） and control group（ treated by 0.9% normal saline）, there were 18 rats in each group. All the rats were made with the artificial fracture model. Through nasogastric tube, we fed the rat with Gushangfang after operation in treating group. And the control group was treated with 0. 9% physiologic saline. Six rats at random of each group were performed hemospasia about 3 -5mL blood at 1,2 and 3 weeks after operation. Results： The results showed the product of calcium and phosphorus in treatment group （treated with Gushangang） were significantly higher than in control group （treated with the physiologic saline） during the fracture healing （ P 〈 0.01 ） ; Contrasted with control group, the level of ALP in treatment group was significantly higher （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; Between the treatment group and the control group, there was no significantly difference of the level of ALT,AST and Cr（ P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion： The likely mechanisms of Gushangfang for promoting fracture healing are showed as following： To increase the product of calcium and phosphorus and to promote calcium and phosphorus mineralize into bone; To enhance the activity of ALP and promote osteogenosis; At the same time the ＂Gushangfang＂ had no influence on the function of liver and kidney. So the medicine can be further applied in the clinical work safely.
