正交设计考察益肾康颗粒剂提取工艺

Study on Extraction Process for Yishenkang Granules with Orthogonal Design

目的:优化益肾康颗粒剂提取工艺。方法:以淫羊藿中淫羊藿苷提取量为指标,采用正交设计法对影响浸提效果的加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数3个因素,选择3个水平进行考察。结果:最佳提取工艺为煎煮3次,加水量分别为12、10、10倍,煎煮时间1h。结论:该工艺科学合理。

Objective： to optimize extraction process conditions for Yishenkang granules. Methods： the study was carried out with orthogonal design, the effects of solvent amount, extraction time and extraction times on the extraction process are studied by determining the extraetion amount of icarii. Results： the optimum extraction process is to be extracted with 12 ,10 ,10 times amount of water for 3 times, 1 hour each time. Conclusion： This extraction conditions are the optimum one for Yishenkang granules.
