优质面包面条型冬小麦新品系定鉴6号引育报告

摘要 优质面包面条型冬小麦新品系定鉴6号由定西市旱农中心于2000年从乌克兰引进,2001—2005年完成引种选育程序。该品系具有丰产、抗旱、抗病等特点,适应性广,加工品质优良。在定西市区域试验中,折合平均产量3641.70kg/hm^2,比对照品种陇鉴19增产19.1%,籽粒含粗蛋白16.79%、湿面筋39.0%、沉降值63.8ml,降落数值(S)413,吸水率68.6%,面团稳定时间4.4min,最大抗延阻力EU212,拉伸面积62cm^2,面包体积820cm^2,面包烘焙评分88,面条评分82,各项品质指标达到国家一级小麦品质标准。经过多年试验适宜在海拔1700~2100m半干旱地区的川旱地和梯田地、水川地种植,属水旱兼用品种。 The new bread-making, noodle-making winter wheat line, Dingjian 6 is introduced by Dingxi Dryland Farming Research and Extension Center from Ukraine in 2000, and is selected from 2001 to 2005. Dingjian 6 is a high-yield, good- quality line with resistance to drought and diseases. The average yield in regional test is 3 641.70 kg/hm^2, and more than Longjian 19 by 19. 1% in Dingxi. The seed contains crude protein 16.79%, wet gluten 39.0%, with sedimentation value of 63.8 ml, S of 413, water absorption of 68.6%, stability time of 4.4 min,maximum resistance EU212,extension area of 62 cm^2 ,bread size of 820 cm^2,baking quality grade of 88,noodle grade of 82. Every index of grain quality reaches national criterion of the first grain quality. The normal region is semi-arid areas with altitude of 1 700-2 100 m.
