摘要
通过对各种氨基酸的分析,认为SER和ASP在鞭芽萌发中起着一定的作用。SER、MET、ILE三种氨基酸对雷竹林出笋也有一定的作用;笋芽的不同发育阶段的氨基酸含量是不一样的,随着发育阶段的前进,氨基酸含量也上升;从1~3年生的植株分析,认为出笋林分与未出笋林分的氨基酸总量没有明显区别,这说明雷竹林在秋季出笋与未出笋与植株年龄关系不大;通过对内源激素的分析,认为笋芽的萌发主要是由GA_3/ABA的值来调控的;通过对营养成分的分析认为竹林中增施N肥有利于出笋。
Analysis on the content of amino-acid, shown that SER and ASP affected germination of rhizome bud, SER, MET and ILE also affected shooting. The content of amino-acid in buds increased with development stage. TAA of shooting and non-shooting forest was almost same in different age bamboo,based on analysis of TAA in 1-3 year-old bamboo indicating that shooting or non-shooting was not related to the age of bamboo. Analyzing on the endogenous hormones shown that bud germination was controlled by GA3/ABA. In addition,proper application of nitrogen fertilizer could promote shooting.
