输卵管妊娠辨病分期与辨证分型规律及其相关性探讨

DISCUSSION ON CORRELATION BETWEEN CLASSIFICATION OF STAGE BASED ON DIAGNOSIS AND TYPE ON DIFFERENTIATION OF SYNDROME IN TUBAL PREGNANCY

目的:探讨输卵管妊娠辨病分期与辨证分型规律及其相关性。方法:对输卵管妊娠病人进行前瞻性的辨病分期和辨证分型,并分析辨病分期和辨证分型的关系。结果:输卵管妊娠辨病分期与辨证分型均具有明显的规律性,而且具有显著的相关性。结论:输卵管妊娠辨病分期和辨证分型相结合对临床治疗具有指导意义。

Objective: To discuss the correlation between classification of stage based on diagnosis and type on differentiation of syndrome in tubal pregnancy.Methods:Analysing the correlation between clinical classification of stage based on diagnosis in western medicine and classification of type based on differentiation of syndrom in TCM in tubal pregnancy,which was on the basis of making a prospective study on stage classification and differentiation.Results: The stage classification based on diagnosis was obviously correlated with the type classification based on differentiation of syndrome,the correlation was significant.Conclusion: Combination of stage classification in western medicine with type classification in TCM will be instructive meaning for the clinic treatment of tubal pregnancy.
