摘要
论文以保障应急行动的物流网络为研究对象,给出了物流网络可用性定义,提出了研究物流网络可用性指标体系的程序和原则,并系统划分了可用性指标研究的四层次结构,建立了物流网络可用性指标体系.该指标体系的建立对于研究应急物流网络的可用性具有重要的理论和现实意义.
In the paper, availability of a logistics network is studied by which all kinds of material can be transported to the destination. Based on the availability definition, the program and principles to form an availability index system is presented. In order to keep the system be scientific, a four-layer structure to research availability indexes is founded. The indexes system constructed in the paper is significant in theory or practice for network availability.
