摘要
用solid edge软件建立滚动轴承的实体模型,在ANSYS/LS_DYNA中生成有限元模型,实现了对滚动轴承的运动过程进行数值模拟,并着重讨论了滚动体接触应力的变化规律.将计算结果与赫兹解进行比较,说明了本次仿真是可行的.
The physical model of the rolling element bearing was built using the software Solid edge. The simulation of rolling element bearing was performed creating finite element analysis model in ANSYS/LS-DYNA. Special emphasis was taken on the contacting stress of the roller. It is proved reliable based on the simulation results compared with Hertz's solution.
