宝钢１号高炉有效容积４０６３ｍ３，一代炉龄１０年零６个月（１９８５年９月１５日～１９９６年４月２日），累计产铁３２３０万ｔ。此次停炉采用空料线打水法，空料线时间１７小时零３分。简要介绍停炉操作、凉炉方法及效果。
As of April 2,1996,Bao Steel No.1blast furnace with an effective working volume of 4063m 3,has a single campaign record of 10 years and 6 months since blow in on September 5,1985.Operating results to date include acummulative pig iron output of approximately 32.3Mt.This report describes the blow off operation and furnace cooling for No.1BF and their effects.The stockline descending with furnace top water spraying practice was used in the blow off operation,which lasted 17 hours and 3 minutes.
