摘要
试验根据小城镇的现实经济状况,采用模拟配水研究了两种处理目标下SBR工艺处理小城镇污水的最佳运行模式。结果表明,综合考虑运行效率和运行成本,对于以COD去除为主要目标的小城镇来说,SBR污水处理系统的最佳运行模式应为搅拌进水60min、曝气84min、沉淀48min、排水为36min、闲置12min,每个运行周期为240min。而对于以脱氮除磷为目标的小城镇来说,SBR的最佳运行模式应为搅拌进水60min、曝气270min、停曝搅拌120min、沉淀120min、排水30min,运行周期为600min。
Sequencing batch reactor(SBR)is a priority selection by small towns to treat sewage according to sewage properties and process applicability.The optimal operating modes of SBR for two different treating objectives through simulated wastewater were discussed,and results showed that in terms of operating efficiency and cost,the optimal operating mode to remove COD was determined as operating period of 240min,stirring influent 60min,aeration 84min,settling 48min,discharging 36min,idling 12min while the optimal mode to remove nitrogen and phosphorous was determined as operating period of 600min,stirring influent 60min,aeration 270min,stirring 120min,settling 120min and discharging 30min.
