改良Weaver-Dunn手术治疗肩锁关节脱位或骨折脱位

Surgical treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation or fracture-dislocation by modified Weaver-Dunn procedure

目的评价改良Weaver-Dunn手术治疗肩锁关节脱位或骨折脱位的疗效及其临床意义。方法采用改良Weaver-Dunn手术治疗肩锁关节脱位和骨折脱位22例,其中新鲜骨折或骨折脱位18例,陈旧性脱位4例。采用JOA肩关节疾患治疗成绩判定标准对手术效果进行评价。结果所有病人皆获得了随访,随访时间3-22个月。按照满分100分的JOA肩关节疾患治疗成绩判定标准,22例患者评分85-97分,平均93分。结论改良Weaver-Dunn手术治疗肩锁关节脱位或骨折脱位可获得非常满意的效果。不但适用于新鲜(骨折)脱位,也适用于陈旧性脱位,特别适用于其它手术失败后的复发脱位。

ObJective To evaluate the effect and clinical signification of operation on the acromiclavicular dislocation or fracture - dislocation performed by modified Weaver- Dunn procedure. Methods From June 2002 to June 2005, 22 cases of acromioclavicular dislocation or fracture - dislocation were treated by modified Weaver- Dunn technique, In all cases, 22 were acute, 4 were obsolete. The affected shoulders were evaluated functionally according to JOA score system. Results All patients were followed - up, the time were from 3 to 22 months. The scores were 85 - 97, average were 93（the highest score was 100）. Conclusion Postoperative results are very satisactory for us to treat the acromioclavicular dislocation or fracture - dislocation by modified Weaver- Dunn technique. Not only is the technique suitable for the adult cases, but the obsolete cases, especially suitable for the unsuccessful cases that were treated by the other method.
