以生活区的恒压供水系统为例,介绍了应用PLC实现变频恒压供水系统的需求分析和实现过程。系统通过压力传感器、PLC、变频器等设备完成供水系统自动恒压控制。详细介绍了系统的工作原理、PID算法、硬件和软件设计以及PLC功能图。
Take constant pressure supply water system of life area for example, this paper introduces the needs and realization of variable-frequence constant-pressure supply water system using PLC. Automatic constant pressure control of system has completed by press-sensor. PLC. frequency converter etc. The paper also describes the system principle, algorithem, hardware, software designs and function diagram of PLC.
