摘要
设计了内置SED1520的液晶显示模块MGLS12032与C8051F020单片机的接口电路。提供了在+5V外部单电源供电的场合下产生液晶驱动所需负压的具体电路。针对MGLS12032左右分屏结构的特点,给出了在全屏任意位置显示汉字的实例程序。硬件电路和软件例程都运行可靠,具有参考与实用价值。
The interface circuit between C8051F020 and MGLS 12032 LCD module embedded SED1520 is designed. When the system is only powered by positive 5V, the circuit producing negative 10V which drives LCD module is designed. Aiming at the two screens of MGLS 12032 LCD module, the program displaying Chinese words is designed in detail. The tested display program is run well.
