215名放射工作人员染色体畸变率及微核率的测定 被引量:15

摘要 采用常规方法检测了215名放射工作人员及86名普通行业人员(对照)的外周血淋巴细胞染色体畸变率和微核率。结果表明,放射工作人员染色体畸变率和微核率分别为0.53%和2.37‰,均显著高于对照组,并随工龄的增加而增加。 The frequencies of chromosome aberration and micronuclei formation in peripheral blood lymphocytes of 215 radiation-related workers were detected with the routine method, while 86 healthy workers as controls. The result showed that frequencies of chromosome aberration and micronclei formation of radiationrelated workers were 0.53 % and 2.37‰, respectively, which were significantly higher than that of controls. The frequencies increased with the workers' standing ages.
