摘要
针对目前我国税收业务征管考核的主观性大,难以建立精确快速的自动征管考核的问题,本文采用了径向基函数神经网络建立征管考核的数学模型,选取实际征管考核样本数据对网络进行了训练和实验,结果表明,该模型结构简单,训练时间短,精度高,是一种值得推广的方法。
It is difficult to establish a precise and automatic collect & administer check system in the field of revenue due to the subjectivity of collect & administer check in our country. A mathematic model of collect & administer check is set up based on the radial basis function network model, The network of collect & administer check is trained and tested by practical sample data. Simulation results show that the presented model with high precision, short training time and simple structure is worth popularizing .
