摘要
本文讨论了铂膜热敏电阻器的非线性误差及测试电桥的非线性误差对测量温度的影响,提出了自补偿双铂膜热敏电阻器测温线路,并在A/D转换器中进行非线性补偿。在温度变送器中测试效果良好,实现了精密温度测量。
Effect of non-linearity of Pt film thermistor and its testing bridge on the measured temperature has been discussed and self-compensating circuit for measuring temperature of thermistor with bi-Pt film has been presented and perform ing non-linearity compensation in A/D converter, It works well in temperature transducer and has realized high precision temperature measurement.
