摘要
以UNIQUAC方程为液液相平衡模型,采用微机模拟计算与实验相结合的方法,考察了以丙三醇为萃取剂,萃取分离二乙氧基甲烷、乙醇二元混合物的结果。结果表明,在萃取溶剂与原料质量比为1.5时,经过两级错流萃取,所得萃余相中DEM质量含量可达98%以上,DEM回收率可达97.5%以上,这为以后工业萃取流程及装置的设计提供了依据。
The extraction process for DEM-Ethanol-Glycerin system were studied using experiments and numerical simulations. The extraction product of 98% (wt% , the followings are same) DEM and 2% ethanol in raffinate with the recovery rate of 97.5% for DEM was obtained through two times cross-flow extractions and controlling the mass ratio of extractant and raw material as 1.5 : 1.
