摘要
用磁性槽楔取代电机中的绝缘槽楔可降低电机损耗和温升,减小电机的振动和噪声,提高电机效率;但同时也会引起电机起动转矩和最大转矩的下降。就磁性槽楔的发展、分类和磁性槽楔对电机性能的影响进行了简要的探讨和分析,并对目前磁性槽楔制备和应用中存在的一些问题提出了看法和建议。
Insulating wedges of the motor should be substituted by magnetic wedges. Not only the loss, the temperature rise, the vibration and the acoustic noise of the motor can be reduced, but the motor efficiency can be im- proved by using magnetic wedges. However, the starting torque and the maximum torque of the motor would be re- duced by magnetic wedges. The development, the types of the magnetic wedges and their effects on motor performance are discussed. Some suggestions for the problems in preparation and application are also mentioned.
