集成纳米碳管电极的电化学检测性能

摘要 电极的机械稳定性对电极电化学检测性能的长期稳定性非常重要。利用微波等离子体化学气相沉积法在玻璃基板上集成了纳米碳管电极,并利用该电极对溶液中的邻苯二酚进行了电化学检测。结果表明,经氧等离子体处理的纳米碳管电极具有良好的电化学检测性能,且由于该电极直接集成在玻璃基片上,良好的结构稳定性赋予该电极极为优异的重现性和长期稳定性。 The mechanical stability of the electrode plays a very important role in the long term stability of electrochemical behavior. In this paper, carbon nanotubes(CNTs) electrodes are prepared in the holes of glass directly by microwave plasma chemical vapor deposition and the electrochemical behavior of catechol at the integrated CNTs electrodes is investigated. The oxygen plasma treated CNTs have excellent electrochemical behavior for the analysis of catechol. The catechol is detected in the linear concentration range of 1.0 × 10^-6 -1.0 ×10^-3 mol· L-1. And because CNTs are integrated directly on the substrate, the stable response to catechol solution shows that the carbon nanotubes electrodes have long-term stability.
