摘要
XX型火箭助飞鱼雷雷箭分离试验测力天平的设计载荷极不匹配,且模型空间限制严。设计时,采用了正六边形、正八边形结构,尽量减小两台天平的径向尺寸,同时分离舱盖天平的阻力元件只使用了4片支撑梁,最大限度地缩短了天平的轴向长度,分离舱天平则采用了内式天平外置加整流罩的方式,满足模型空间要求;分离舱天平用法兰盘+锥与分离舱实现可靠连接。
The force balance load of the XX torpedo using the rocket-boosting does not match with components, and it is confined rigorously by model. In the balance design, structures of hexagon and octagon are adopted to minish the radial dimension of balance. At the same time, only four support beams are used in the axes force component of the separation cabin cover balance to shorten its length at axes direction furthest, and the measure fashion of placing balance that it should place interior of model originally out of it and adding shield cover is used in the separation cabin balance. In this way, it meets the model's interspace needs. It actualizes joint reliably using the flange tray with wimble in the separation cabin balance.
