摘要
依据电站风机和水泵在监理制造中出现的诸多技术问题,对产生振动的原因及量化计算提出一些新的方法,在实际工作中,一些尚未得到解释的动平衡与振动振幅之间的关系,对一些具体过程与情况以及有关试验数据,进行了轴承振动和转子动平衡方面的相关分析和探讨。
Some new methods have been put forward against the reasons of vibration produced and the quantum calculation in accordance with some technical problems found in the supervision during the fabrication of power station fan and water pump. The relationship between the rotary balance and the amplitude of vibration which is nat explained yet and some test data of the rotary balance betweew bcaring vibration and rotor has been analysed and discussed.
