摘要
针对某电厂一次风机皮带失效问题进行计算分析,找出了运行时存在的问题,并对设计过程中被忽视的皮带张紧边归属问题进行了分析,指出了皮带张紧边位置的归属问题。提高了皮带在传动中的稳定性。
The problem of V belt failure has been analyesd for the primary air fan in a power plant. The problem of belt tension side which was neglected in the design has also been analysed in the article. The deserving position of the belt tension side has been decided so as to raise the stability of the transmission for the belt.
