摘要
根据某厂实际生产情况,从模拟计算入手,了解到辊型与板凸度之间的规律;从分析辊型、板凸度入手,认为辊型设计中应取板凸度为零进行计算为宜。在具体的设计中,采用的是由参数给定方式代替迭代计算方式,这不仅使计算过程简便而且使参数可控。经实际生产应用表明,设计出的辊型明显地降低了板凸度,同时使生产组织、计划安排变得愈灵活。
Based on the practical production state and start with the analog computation, the article found out the rule between roll shape and plate crown. After analyzing of the roll shape and plate crown, it come to a conclusion that plate crown should choose zero in the roU shape design. In concrete design, it replaces the parameter preset method with the iterative computation method. It not only simplifies the computation process, but also causes the parameter to be controllable. The practical application results indicated that, optimized roll shape reduced the plate crown markedly. At the same time, it causes the production organization and the plan arrangement to be fairly flexible.
