摘要
针对高炉煤气取样机液压系统中存在的问题如监控仪表选型老化、系统维护不方便、清洁度难以控制等缺陷进行设计改进,同时对现场调试中出现的故障进行分析处理并指出了系统的发展方向。
Aim at exiting question of hydraulic system for Blast furnace gas sampling device such as moni- tor instrumentageing, system maintenance - inconvenience, out of control cleanness. It was conducted to design improving. At the same time, the faults in the actual site were analyzed and put forward fault treatment steps, meanwhile pointed out the developing trend of the system.
