热卷箱位于热连轧生产线粗轧机和精轧机中间的工艺设备,它将粗轧中间坯卷成热钢卷然后再开卷送入飞剪及精轧机。生产过程中热卷箱需要与粗轧机形成连轧连卷,又要与精轧机形成连开连轧的工况。处理好热卷箱与轧机的速度匹配关系对稳定生产和提高产品质量至关重要。介绍了热连轧机中热卷箱的速度控制及其与轧机和辊道的速度匹配关系。

As an equipment between rougher and finishing mill, Coilbox make hot coil after rougher and uncoil hot coil to crop share and finishing mill. Coilbox can make coil in tandem opration with rougher and also while uncoil the strip is being in finish mill. It is important to match rolling speed with other equipment that assure stably working and improve quality of product. This paper describes the coilbox speed control and speed matching of coilbox and rougher, finishing mill, delivery table etc.
