摘要
酒钢2号高炉于1989年建成投产,经过10年多的安全运行,于2000年顺利停炉,采用先进的“炉体整体推移”进行大修。借拆炉机会对炉体破损情况做了详细调查,并分析破损原因,介绍所采用的长寿措施。
Jiusteel 2^#BF was completed and put into production in 1989 ,after safe running of ten years and 9 months ,it was stopped smoothly in 2000 and overhauled with the advanced technology of furnace - body＇s integral movement. Utilizing the chance of dismenfle the furnace, the writer investigated the damaged situation of furnace - body and analysed its damaged reasons, also introduced the longerity methods in this paper.
