液氦表面准一维电子气体的集体激发

The Collective Excitation in a Quasi-one-dimensional Electron System on the Liquid-helium Surface

摘要 采用子能带模型,研究了有限温度情况下能带耦合对形成于液氦表面的准一维电子气体的集体激发的两类散射———带内散射和带间散射的影响。首先重点讨论了影响集体激发的重要因子———能量传播函数,得到了长波近似条件下的能量传播函数的普适表达式,然后在此基础上具体计算了三个子能带模型时的耦合散射谱,最后讨论了波矢、温度对耦合散射的影响。 Based on the multi-sub-band models, mode-coupling's effect to the collective excitation spectrum of quasi-one-dimensional electron systems over liquid helium is studied at the limited temperature in this paper. First, the dissemination of energy is calculated in the state of proximate long wave, which provides the foundation of the numerical calculation for the collective spectrum, and both inter-sub-band and intra-sub-band excitations spectrum cousidering the coupling are obtained. Then the contributions of the wave vector and temperature to the coupled spectrum are analyzed.
