在经济全球化背景下,世界范围的产业重组正在加速,与此发生的连锁反应是,以六大企业集团为代表的战后日本大企业体制开始了重组进程,跨集团产业重组以及银行重组使企业集团内部形成的紧密型产业关联开始解体,以中心银行制度为核心的银行与企业关系正在重新编制中,以上述变化为基础,企业集团体制也开始了重组进程。

The industrial reorganization is picking up all over the world within the overall context of economic globalization and, as a part of this chain reaction, the large businesses of post-war Japan as represented by the six major business groups have also entered their reorganization process. The reorganization of multi-group industries and the reorganization of the banks have led to the disintegration of the tight industrial association that was formed within the business groups. The relationships are being restructured between businesses and the bank system that is based on the central banks of the country. The reorganization process of the business groups, as a result of the above-mentioned, has also already begun.
