滤气过滤器与普通过滤器用于输液器滤除气泡效果的实验观察 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨滤气过滤器与普通过滤器用于输液器后对输液器管道中气泡的滤除效果是否不同。方法将符合纳入标准的50例研究对象,随机分为对照组23例和实验组27例。对照组采用普通一次性输液器(带普通过滤器),实验组使用带滤气过滤器的输液器。观察2组过滤器对输液器管道中气泡的滤除效果。结果对照组采用普通过滤器输液器,不能将气泡滤除,必须采用人工方法排除管道中气泡。实验组可完全消除输液器管道中全部气泡,无需人工干预(P<0.01)。结论滤气过滤器用于一次性使用输液器,可排除各种原因产生的管道内气泡,消除输液风险,提高输液治疗的安全性。 Objective To study the different effects when using the air bubble filtering apparatus and the general filtering apparatus. Methods Divided 50 cases into the control group (23 cases) and the experimental group (27 cases). The air bubble filtering apparatus was used in the experimental group, while the general filtering apparatus was used in the control. Compare the filtering effects between the two groups. Results The filtering effects in the experimental group was better than that of in the control group, P〈0.01. Conclusion The air bubble filtering apparatus can effective filter the air bubble, and then improve the ,safety durding the transfusion.
