摘要
目的对黑果腺肋花楸(Aronia melanocarpaElliot)幼苗乙醇提取物的化学成分进行研究。方法利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据理化性质和波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:(-)表儿茶素(Ⅰ)、野樱苷(Ⅱ)、熊果苷(Ⅲ)、1,4二羟基2,6二甲氧基苯4OβD吡喃葡萄糖苷(Ⅳ)、正丁基αD呋喃果糖苷(Ⅴ)、正丁基βD呋喃果糖苷(Ⅵ)。结论化合物ⅡⅥ为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the 90 % ethanol extract of the seedlings of Aronia melanocarpa Elliot. Methods The constituents were isolated by many kinds of chromatography methods and identified by physico-chemical characters and spectroscopic analysis. Results Six compounds were isolated and identified as: ( - )-epicatechin (Ⅰ), prunasin ( Ⅱ), arbutin (Ⅲ), 1, 4-dihydroxy-2, 6-dimethoxyp- henyl-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (Ⅳ), n-butyl-α-D-fructofuranoside ( Ⅴ ), n-butyl-β-D-fructofuranoside (Ⅵ). Conclusions Compounds Ⅱ-Ⅵ are isolated from this genus for the first time.
