摘要
目的研究过山蕨(Camptosorus sibiricus Rupr.)中有机酸类化学成分。方法采用反复硅胶柱层析分离纯化,通过理化常数测定和光谱分析鉴定其化学结构。结果从过山蕨中分离得到了11个有机酸类化合物,即咖啡酸(caffeicacid,1)、香豆酸(courmarlcacid,2)、原儿茶酸(protocatechuicacid,3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4-hydroxybenzoicacid,4)、异香草酸(isovanillicacid,5)、2,4-二羟基苯甲酸(2,4-dihydroxybenzoicacid,6)、肉桂酸(cinnamicacid,7)、丁二酸(succlnicacid,8)、棕榈酸(palmiticacid,9)、香豆酸4-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷(trans-P—coumaricacid-4-O-β-D—glucopyranoside,10)、咖啡酸4—O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(caffeicacid一4一Oβ-D—glucopyranoside,11)。结论化合物2~11,均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the organic acid part from Camptosorus sibiricus Rupr.. Methods The compounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column and identified on the basis of physico-chemical constants and spectral analysis. Results Eleven compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as caffeic acid (1), courmaric acid (2), protocatechuic acid (3), 4-hydroxybenzoic acid(4), isovanillic acid(5), 2, 4-dihydroxybenzoic acid(6), cinnamic acid(7), succinic acid(8), palmitic acid (9), trans-p-coumaric acid-4- O-β-D-glucopyranoside (10) and caffeic acid-4-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( 11 ) respectively. Conclusions Compounds 2-11 were obtained from this genus for the first time.
