基于BP人工神经网络的胆固醇含量诊断系统

摘要 临床研究已证明,血清总胆固醇水平增高是导致冠心病的独立危险因素。血清总胆固醇越高,发生动脉粥样硬化的风险越大,时间也越早。血清总胆固醇每降低1%,发生冠心病的危险性可减少2%。目前一般采用从血样的光谱组成得到血清的胆固醇含量级别。本文使用BP人工神经网络的算法,对几百例血清样本数据进行了训练、确证与测试,结果表明:该方法对胆固醇含量级别HDL、LDL和VLDL的分析取得了较为理想的效果。 Clinical research has already proved it has been a dangerous factor of independence which 'cause coronary heart disease that the serum total cholesterol level increases. The higher the serum total cholesterol is, the greater the risk of the scleratheroma takes place, the earlier time is. While the serum total cholesterol is reduced by 1% each time, the danger of the coronary heart disease taking place is redaced by 2%. Generally adopt and make up the rank of content of cholesterol which gets the serum from the spectrum of the blood specimen at present. This text uses the algorithm of BP artificial neural network to train, prove conclusively and test to hundreds of cases of blood and a data of final proof. The result shows: This method has made the comparatively ideal result to the analysis of the rank HDL of content of cholesterol, LDL and VLDL.
