摘要
从广州市国土资源和房屋管理局信息化建设中所存在的问题出发,阐述了房地产电子政务系统的总体结构框架及具体实践情况,最后对房地产电子政务的功能作用进行了论述。
After analyzing the problems of informatization faced by the Guangzhou Land Resource and House Administration ,in this paper,the author emphatically discusses the real estate e-government system architecture and its practices. And at the same time, the author describes the main functions of the real estate e-government.
