Analysis of Confliction and Role of the Government in Reconstruction of the City

在城市扩张和旧城改造过程中,城市拆迁是不可避免的。城市拆迁在加快城市建设速度、满足公共利益需要的同时,也面临着不容回避的矛盾冲突。本文从拆迁矛盾利益中各利益相关者开始分析,找出矛盾冲突的根源,进而分析政府如何制定相时公平合理的政策协调各方利益关系,为政府在城市拆迁中的角色重新定位。

This paper argues that in expanding and reconstructing of the city, it is unavoidable for some residents to move to other parts of the city, which leads to some of.the conflictions among the residents and between the residents and the government. It analyzes source of the conflictions and proposes to set up comparatively fair and rational regulations to coordinate relation from all around. It also redefines the role of the government in this situation.
