摘要
教师创造力与人才培养质量息息相关,研究教师创造力倾向与工作满意度的相关性,对于培养高素质的创造型人才具有积极的意义。从调查和数据分析结果看,创造力倾向与工作满意度之间相关程度较低,各因素中只有冒险性与物理条件有一定的相关,人际关系与挑战性之间呈负相关,其他因素之间并无相关性。因此,要提高教师的创造力,应当注重激发教师的内在动机。
Teachers' creativities and the quality of talents' abilities are closely linked. The paper explores the relationship between the tendency of teachers' creativities and the degree of work satisfaction. The results of investigation and data analyses show that they are not closely related. However, risk taking and physical condition are slightly related, while interpersonal relationships and challenge are negatively related. Strong relationships among other dements are not found. Thus, to improve teachers' creativities involves arousing teachers' inherent motives.
