在知识经济迅速发展的今天,图书馆作为一个服务系统,硬件设施的优良是保证服务质量的基础,而读者的满意程度才是最终评价图书馆服务质量的根本点。本文通过对读者满意度内涵的了解。阐述了影响读者满意度的因素,并提出了提高读者满意度的几点策略。参考文献4。
With the fast development of the knowledge economy today, library as a service system, its fine hardware facilitY serves as the foundation to guarantee the service quality while the satisfaction of readers are the fundamental point for the final estimation of the library service quality. Based on the understanding of connotation of the readers' satisfaction, this Paper narrates the factors affecting the satisfaction and Puts forward several Points of tactics to promote the readers' satisfaction. 4 Refs.
