本文从上海钢铁研究所申请产品质量认证和质量体系认证的实践出发,阐述了申请质量认证能够全面加强企业基础管理的观念,认为做好质量认证申请工作是一项系统工程,并应注重借助外力的推动,此外还介绍了该所的一些实际做法。

Taking the case of the shanghai Iron and Steel Research Institute' s application for authenticating its quality system and quality of products, this paper discusses the conceptions that such application can complehensively strenthen basic business management and that the work of the application is a systematic project and should be carried out with the aid of outside force. At the same time, the Shanghai Iron and Steel Research Institute's practice of improving its quality system and quality of products is also presented
