摘要
轮对参数检测在轮对检修中处于关键地位,是保证轮对检修质量的重要手段。轮对参数全自动测量机改变传统人工测量轮对的方式,实现轮对制造和检修质量的“变人控为机控”,自动测量轮对尺寸,避免人为测量中的误判及波动,以及误检、错检等弊端。轮对参数全自动测量机的开发和应用对新形势下铁路运输设备实现技术升级、试验检测手段现代化、保证行车安全都具有积极的意义。
Wheels parameter examining is placed in key position in wheels overhaul, and it is an important means to ensure the quality of wheels overhaul. The gauging-machine changes the method of traditional artificial measuring wheels and fulfils the change of control 'from man-control to machine control" of wheels manufacture and examining quality, automatic measures of wheels sizes, avoiding artificial misjudgment, wave motion, mis-examination, wrong examination, etc. The development and application of the machine have active significance to technical promotion of railway transportation equipment, artifice modernization of test, safety of train transportation under the new situation.
