摘要
介绍了具有通用性的水文水资源计算系统软件的设计思路、设计目标、构成及功能。将传统的计算方法和手段与高速发展的计算机技术和信息技术相结合,开发出通用性较强的水文水资源计算系统软件。该系统可以运用于大多数常规的水文水资源计算问题,显著提高了计算的效率。
This paper introduces the mentality of designing, design object, structure and function of the system of the computing system software with commonality for hydrology and water resources. Combined the traditional ways with computer technology and information technology which develops with highspeed, the computing system software with commonality for hydrology and water resources is developed. This system can be applied to the most routine computing question of Hydrology and Water Resources. The computing efficiency has improved notably.
