In view of the many problems existing in onsite engineering management at present, discussed are the contents of its improvement and the countermeasures to be adopted. Puts forth that the construction enterprises should start with the information integration construction and the ＂brand＂ culture construction of onsite engineering rnanagement, so as to improve the enterprise engineering management of construction industry and to sharpen the enterprise＇s competitive edge.
